Our menu gives full attention to the seasonal availability of the products. We attach great importance to fresh and regional ingredients. Most of them can be obtained from close by in the vicinity. From meat, vegetables and milk products to herbs and even beer and table water – they all come from our beautiful Appenzell region. For our traditional dishes with modern interpretations we mainly use products from the region. Short delivery distances guarantee the freshness with which we want to impress our guests, and very importantly, you know where the lettuce, the steak or the bread roll comes from!
